We organize talks about women empowerment and we promote dialogues for them to talk and express freely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REUSABLE\u00a0 SANITARY PADS\/ TOWELS\u00a0WORKSHOP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most of the girls in the community don&#8217;t talk about the menstruation at home. From Volcop we organize talks in the schools of the community to inform the girls what menstruation means&nbsp;and how it happens. We also explain to the girls about menstral hygiene as for boys we encourage them to&nbsp;support girls. We normally provide material to the girls during these workshops and demostrate to them how they can use the local materials to make a reuseable sanitary towel. This project was initiated after researching about the complications involved when the girls experience their monthly&nbsp;menstration periods.
